Conversation techniques to insert your ideas into a meeting
1) Start with a paraphrase. Capture something that was said.
2) Ask a question. "I have a question about that point..." Polite or curious way. Tone matters.
3) Start with an emotion. "Wow, I'm excited by..." that emotion gives you permission to follow up.
Contribute well when you have the floor!
Use a message design and structure to contribute meaningfully, package well for audience to understand.
